To add links you simply have to take the URL of any of our products, and add the parameter /?aid= at the end. For example, if you would like to add a link to the transfers section in Prague, the link would be:

https://www.civitatis.com/en/prague/transfers/?aid=

Once a user arrives at Civitatis, we save your affiliate number in their cookies for 30 days. This way, although you'll get commission for any purchase the user makes although they may make their way to Civitatis later without using the ?aid=XXX link.

So, don't worry, our cookie is saved from the instant the user clicks, and any purchase the user makes in the following month generates commission for you.

How can I integrate a Civitatis API with my blog?

We have a feed and an API so you can integrate our product inventory on your site. If you're interested in this integration, don't hesitate to write to us at affiliates@civitatis.com

We offer between 8% and 10% commission depending on the monthly value of sales.

Commission is paid the month after the tour takes place. It's easy to make money with us! We've got one of the best conversion rates in the market, meaning that soon you'll be enjoying a 10% rate of commission.

In the left-hand drop-down menu, you can find the following sections:

You can see sales in real time, which products have been sold, the value of sales and your commission.

Here you can see the number of clicks, sales and conversion percentage, from which page the sales originated and other data of interest.

Here you'll find data for the sales which have already been made, and the commission pending billing.

If a client cancels a purchase during the permitted cancellation period, we'll refund the money and the commission will be deducted.

Add your I.D. in the links and use all of our available resources.

You will notice a cancellation when an activity appears crossed out in your panel.

It's easy! We generate your auto-invoice, send it to you by email, and make the payment automatically. You just need to check that the <a style='color: #f80559;' href='https://www.civitatis.com/en/affiliates/v2/payment-information'>billing details and payment method</a> are correct. Once we have all your updated and information validated by our finance team, the system will be activated.

The commission auto-invoice is generated automatically on the 15th of the month.

It includes commission from all the services which took place the previous month, independent of when those activities were reserved.

If the commission doesn't add up to a minimum of €50, this commission will roll over to the next month, and no auto-invoice will be generated.

What information should be included in the invoice?

You should include both your own information, as well as ours.

<ul><li>Your name/Company name&nbsp;</li><li>I.D</li><li>Business address</li><li>Bank details or PayPal account details (depending on how you would like to be paid)</li></ul>

As a business, we must declare all payments received. Therefore we need you to send us an invoice. We understand that each affiliate may have a different accounting system, therefore we advise that you organise your accounts to present us the document in accordance with your fiscal activity.

You will also receive fixed commission of €1 per participant over 12 years old on free tours

Include them in the most trafficked posts to see how it works.

Soon, your visitors will begin to reserve and you'll generate comission on these sales.

If you aren't sure how to begin, here's some advice for you:

Be sure to put links on the posts which generate most traffic.

Talking about the product you're promoting is essential. It's important to put links or widgets after sharing at least a little information about the destination or activity you're going to recommend.

For example, if you've written a post about how to visit Bruges from Brussels, it would be a good idea to add a phrase at the end along the lines of: if you want to keep it simple, here you can reserve an excursion to Bruges from Brussels in English

A recommended activity or tour is much easier to convert.

Take a look at the Comparative Analysis section, where you'll find our Top Activities (activities which convert well both with affiliates and direct sales). Emphasising these activities could help you to achieve a better conversion rate.

Be sure that your links are visible, perhaps make them a different colour to the rest of the content.

Be specific. When placing links, you should make sure that these are as relevant as possible. For example, if you're talking about Rome, make sure you mention activities in Rome, and not just general activities available across Italy. If you would like to mention a broader selection of activities, feel free to add another CTA along the lines of: 'if you are interested in other activities in Italy, discover more here.”
