    The Formentera excursion, managed by the local operator, offers a good experience, but it presents significant misinformation. There is no advance notice that, upon arrival, travelers must obtain a QR code and an additional wristband to board the ferry. The lack of advance information forces travelers to rush and manage these requirements immediately, just before departure, as the Civitatis QR code confirmation is not valid for boarding. This creates stress and confusion.
