Discover the amazing mammals that inhabit the Norwegian fjords on this whale watching boat trip - you won't believe your eyes!
Whale Watching Fjord Cruise
We'll meet at Stortorget 1 in Tromsø at 9 am and board a boat to sail the icy waters of the Norwegian fjords.
During the winter months, the waters of Tromsø are visited by some very special guests. Humpback whales, killer whales, porpoises and other incredible creatures migrate to this area in search of herring to feed on.
We'll cruise the Norwegian fjords in search of these fascinating mammals. Once we spot them, we'll stop the boat for an hour and a quarter so we can marvel at them emerging to the surface and take some epic snapshots.
At the end of this spectacular natural show, we'll head back the starting point between 2 pm and 4 pm.
- We cannot guarantee we'll spot whales on the trip as they're wild animals and many factors such as the weather can affect their behaviour.
- The length of the trip also depends on the weather and how long it takes to spot the whales. Depending on these factors, the activity will last between five and seven hours.
