Service and communication was excellent. The wait for our prepaid ride was over 45 minutes at the airport in a large crowd outside in the heat, due to multiple arrivals at the same time. Had we known this, we would have simply abstained from this service and taken the first cab that was available. Having said that, the service and communication was excellent otherwise.

Was a little confusing finding the right people at the airport just due to the set up but once we did they were excellent and courteous and got us to our hotel safely. At the airport there’s a ton of people trying to sell you transportation service to get you to your hotel when you get past customs, I just had to keep showing the voucher that they emailed me to different sales people until eventually I found the right people. All in all it went much better than I expected considering the reviews

The transfer to the hotel was good. The individual holding the sign with our name was not holding it up when we exited the airport. Another person was kind enough to help us find the contact.

Driver was excellent. Very nice and knowledgeable. Only problem was there was some confusion with our reservation. Took 10 minutes as our reservation was not in the system.
We have checked that the reservation was correctly confirmed in our system. We regret any confusion with the local supplier's system. Fortunately, it was solved quickly.

No one was waiting for us with my name to identify. Had to look around for minutes and ask other drivers. On way back it was just a taxi. I could have paid a taxi myself at the resort.
