We’ll meet in front of the entrance to the Hotel Casa del Jardín at the specified time. There we’ll meet our host, a character from a bygone era who’ll introduce us to this evening’s experience and transport us back to the golden years of Aguascalientes. Are you ready to discover the secrets hidden in this corner of the city?
We’ll begin a guided walk through the Jardín de San Marcos, where we’ll discover the works of art and monuments dedicated to Aguascalientes’ most illustrious figures. As we stroll, we’ll hear the stories, anecdotes and interesting facts that have shaped the identity of this iconic place.
We’ll continue our journey along the Andadores de la Feria. Here, we’ll learn about the historical evolution of the famous San Marcos National Fair and its cultural significance. This pedestrian promenade will allow us to appreciate how the city’s urban landscape has transformed over time.
Finally, we’ll head to the Pabellón del Vino, one of the most modern buildings in the area. There, a sommelier will be waiting to guide us through a tasting of four local wines. We’ll gain an in-depth understanding of winemaking in Aguascalientes, sampling the different styles and projects currently being developed in the state. Cheers!
