These General Terms of Use regulates the access, navigation and use of the present website (hereinafter to be referred to as the “Website”). 1.- Right to information

We hereby inform you that the ownership of the Web Site under the domain: https://www.civitatis.com/en/ (hereinafter, the "Website"), is owned by CIVITATIS TOURS, S.L. (hereinafter, "CIVITATIS"), with N.I.F.: B-86899440 and registered office at Calle Coloreros 2, 28013, Madrid and registered in the Central Mercantile Register, Volume 31885, File 89, Section 8, Page M-573824, 1st Inscription.

The access and/or use of the Website grants you the capacity of user, and you accept, from such access and/or use, the following Legal Notice.

The user (hereafter referred to as user) may contact CIVITATIS via www.civitatis.com/es/contactar/.

Public Administrations wishing to contact CIVITATIS should do so telematically, preferably using the Single Electronic Enabled Address (DEHú). If they cannot use the DEHú for accredited reasons, they should notify any issue arising through the corresponding electronic platform of the Public Administration to the e-mail consumo@civitatis.com.

2.- Use of the Website

 The User shall be responsible for the use of the CIVITATIS Website. The Website may provide access to a number of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia contents, and information (hereinafter referred to as the "Contents") belonging to CIVITATIS or to third parties to which the User may have access.

The User shall ensure the proper use of the Contents and Services offered on the Website and shall not use them for the following purposes, including, but not limited to: 

(i) Engaging in activities that are illicit, illegal, or in violation of good faith and public order.

(ii) Causing damage to the physical and logical systems of the CIVITATIS Website, its providers, or third parties.

(iii) Inserting or distributing computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may be capable of causing the aforementioned damage.

(iv) Attempting to access, use and/or tamper with the data of CIVITATIS, third-party providers and other users.

(v) Duplicating or copying, distributing, allowing public access through any form of public communication, transforming or modifying the Contents, unless otherwise authorized by CIVITATIS.

(vi) Deleting, concealing, or altering the Contents subject to intellectual or industrial property rights and other data identifying the aforementioned rights of CIVITATIS or third parties included in the Contents, as well as the technical protection devices or any other information mechanisms that may be incorporated in the Contents.

CIVITATIS hereby states that the content on this website has been included for information purposes only, and is therefore insufficient to make decisions or take positions in a specific case.

The User is advised to note that the content on this website may not reflect the most recent legislation or jurisprudence on the issues addressed. Similarly, this content may be modified, expanded, or updated without prior notice.

CIVITATIS shall have the right to investigate and report any of the aforementioned practices in accordance with the Law, as well as to cooperate with the authorities regarding the investigation of such acts.

However, provided that circumstances allow it, CIVITATIS will inform the User, with sufficient advance notice, of the date on which the Services will be suspended. 3.- Intellectual and Industrial Property

All intellectual property rights of the Website Content and its graphic design belong exclusively to CIVITATIS, or to a third party that has authorized the use of the aforementioned material. Therefore, CIVITATIS has the sole and exclusive right and option of the aforementioned material in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation on Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights.

CIVITATIS does not grant any license or authorization of any kind to use its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other property or right related to the Website, the Services, or the Contents thereof.

The temporary reproduction and storage of the contents of the Website are permitted insofar as strictly necessary in order to use and visualize the Website from a personal device.

The lawfulness of the intellectual or industrial property rights pertaining to the Contents provided by the users is the exclusive responsibility of such users, so the User shall not hold CIVITATIS liable for any third party claim related to the unlawful use of the Contents of the Website.

4.- Liability and Guarantees

CIVITATIS hereby declares that it has taken all necessary measures to ensure, within its capabilities and the current state of technology, the correct operation of its Website, as well as the absence of viruses and harmful components. The above notwithstanding, CIVITATIS shall not be held liable for:

(i) The continuity and availability of the Contents and Services.

(ii) The absence of errors on said Contents or the correction of any mistake that may occur.

(iii) The absence of viruses and/or other harmful components.

(iv) The damages caused by any person who breaches the security systems of CIVITATIS.

 The contributions that can be found on these pages have been made for information purposes only. CIVITATIS does not guarantee the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of its contents.

CIVITATIS shall take no responsibility for the links to other websites found on the Website and may direct the User to other websites over which CIVITATIS has no control, so the inclusion of links to other websites does not entail the approval of their contents by CIVITATIS nor the existence of any type of association between CIVITATIS and their owners. 5.- Whistleblowing

In accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, CIVITATIS has an Internal Information System that includes the CIVITATIS Whistleblower Channel, which allows reporting possible administrative or criminal infringements observed in the business activity, i.e. in a professional or work context.

Communications made through the CIVITATIS Whistleblower Channel will be processed in accordance with the Management Procedure of the Internal System of Information and Protection of the Whistleblower after filling in the corresponding form, anonymously or by identification, written or verbal.

The CIVITATIS Whistleblower Channel is managed in accordance with the principles and guarantees reflected in the Policy for the Use of the Internal Information and Whistleblower Protection System.

6.- Información Reglamento de Servicios Digitales (DSA)

De conformidad con el artículo 24.2 del Reglamento de Servicios Digitales (“DSA”), se informa de que, en los últimos seis meses, el promedio mensual de destinatarios de los servicios activos de CIVITATIS en la Unión Europea, ha sido inferior los cuarenta y cinco millones.

7.- Duration and modification

This Legal Notice shall be in force indefinitely, and CIVITATIS may make changes to the conditions herein stated, which shall be effective upon its publication.

CIVITATIS may delete, add or change both the Contents and the Services provided, as well as the manner in which they are located or presented. The conditions published at the time the User accesses the CIVITATIS Website shall be deemed to be in effect.

The access and/or use of the Website shall be construed as the User's acceptance of this Legal Notice and its conditions and, if applicable, the changes therein.
