How about crossing dunes and lagoons in a powerful off-roading vehicle? We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Atins and head toward the Ponta do Mangue area. There, we’ll discover a landscape that seems suspended between sky and desert, traveling along fine sandy trails that wind through native vegetation.
Along the route, we’ll explore the southeastern edge of Lençóis Maranhenses. Our first stop will be at Tropical Lagoon, a haven of crystal-clear waters and blue tones contrasting with the golden hues of the dunes. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing swim and the deep silence that defines Ponta do Mangue.
We’ll continue the journey by off-roading vehicle across new stretches of sand until we reach Mário Lagoon, one of the most iconic and welcoming spots near Atins. Very close by is Carminha Restaurant, a simple and authentic place where you can enjoy a snack on your own. You’ll also have time to take in the surroundings, relax by the water, and capture photos that preserve the essence of the place.
We’ll then continue the route, taking in the final landscapes before dropping you off at your hotel after a total of 4 hours.
