Sault Lavender Fields
Delight your senses and immerse yourself in the most typical landscapes of Provence on this tour of the lavender fields of Sault from Avignon.
Sault Lavender Fields
At your selected time, make your way to the meeting point at Avignon Tourist Office, and we'll set off by minibus to Sault, a small village in French Provence known for its beautiful lavender fields.
After around an hour and a half's drive, we'll reach Sault and its lavender fields, which every year in July and August become a mesmerising violet landscape of fragrant flowers.
You'll have free time to stroll between the flower-filled fields and to explore the picturesque town at your own pace. In Sault you'll find any number of shops specialising in lavender products like soap and honey, and we'll enter one to discover the process of lavender distillation.
At the end of the tour, we'll leave Sault behind and make the return journey to Avignon. On the way back, you'll have more opportunities to photograph the unforgettable natural landscapes.
You'll be dropped back off at the original departure point after five hours.
