Lake Bacalar Sailboat Cruise
We'll meet at the time of your choice at the dock on Avenida 5. There we'll board a brand new sailboat and begin a magical journey through Lake Bacalar, also known as the Lake of the Seven Colors.
During the tour, we'll visit Cenote Negro, which has a diameter of 427 ft( 130 m) and a depth that ranges from about 5 ft (1.5 m) to nearly 328 ft (100 m). dreamy space that will remind you of a Caribbean beach surrounded by a bank of fine sand. Did you know that it's also known as the Cenote de la Bruja, or the Witch Cenote? You'll find out why soon!
We'll also pass by Islas Cocos, the Isla de los Pájaros and the Canal de los Piratas, sites surrounded by lush vegetation. Plus, on board the sailboat, you can enjoy guacamole accompanied by water and beer.
We'll explore the mangrove area as well, where we'll see three different varieties: red, white and button mangroves. These aquatic forests serve as a refuge for animals such as hawks, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled!
After a total of 4 hours of sailing, we'll return to the starting point, where the activity will come to an end.
