Communism and capitalism: two opposing ways of seeing the world lie side by side in Bucharest. Avant-garde buildings stand next to monuments from the dictatorship in this enchanting, history-filled city.

For this free walking tour of Bucharest, we'll meet in front of Colței Church, ready to discover the most emblematic parts of the city. First, we'll admire the Palace of the Parliament, the heaviest building in the world, and then we'll cross the River Dâmbovița to head into the old quarter. Our expert guide will explain the legend about the birth of this city, an interesting story not known by many.

We'll continue walking around the old town, which is built entirely from stone, and we'll reach the National Bank of Romania. We'll pause here and learn about the Romanian economy over the years.

After exploring, learning about and falling in love with this mystical city, we'll finish the tour in front of the Palace of the Parliament after a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes, and we suggest you replenish your energy and get a drink or a bite to eat in one of the nearby traditional pubs.
