Our tobacco, rum, and sugar tour will start after we pick you up at your hotel at the scheduled time. Then, we'll drive to the picturesque town of Tamarindo. Let the adventure begin!
Our first stop is the Las Margaritas farm, a captivating locale where tobacco, cocoa, and coffee plantations thrive. Here, you'll delve into the cultivation and production processes of these essential products deeply ingrained in Cuban culture.
Immerse yourself in the world of coffee as you witness the entire process, from roasting to grinding, culminating in a delightful tasting experience to tantalize your senses.
At the same farm, we'll witness the artistry of a skilled tobacco twister, demonstrating the intricate craft behind the creation of Cuban cigars. Following this, we'll journey to the charming town of Morón, where you'll get free time to explore the local atmosphere.
Next on our agenda is the Patria o Muerte sugar mill, now transformed into a museum where you can unravel the history of the sugar industry and its profound impact on Cuba.
Feeling hungry? You'll enjoy an authentic Cuban lunch at the Rancho Palma restaurant, savoring regional dishes to replenish your energy for the afternoon ahead. After eating, we'll embark on a boat excursion around the La Redonda lagoon, marveling at its unique landscape.
Before continuing our route, we'll get stunning panoramic views from La Silla Bar, and to conclude the day, you'll receive a souvenir to carry home a piece of authentic Cuban culture.
After approximately eight hours, we'll return to your hotel, marking the end of this exhilarating journey.
