Description
We'll pick you up at your hotel in Da Nang at the indicated time. There, we'll board a bus and head south towards the My Son temples. The trip will take approximately 2 hours.
Once there, we'll get off the vehicle and embark on a tour of the My Son temples, also known as the "Angkor of Vietnam". We'll have the opportunity to visit the buildings of the Champa kingdom, erected in the 3rd century in a valley surrounded by mountains. Plus, we'll see the traditional Champa dance.
Did you know that the shrines at My Son were originally constructed with wood? However, in the 6th century, a devastating fire occurred, leading to their reconstruction using brick. These temples evolved into a significant Hindu sanctuary in Southeast Asia, making a visit to My Son an absolute must. Trust us, you won't be disappointed!
After touring the temples, we'll stop at a traditional Vietnamese house so you can enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch. What a delight!
Finally, after 7 hours of sightseeing, we'll return to Da Nang by bus or boat, depending on your choice, and then take you back to your hotel.
Sunset boat tour
If you'd like, you can choose the option that includes a sunset boat ride. In this case, we'll tour the My Son temples at 2:30 pm and then see the traditional Apsara dance. You'll love it!
After seeing the dance, we'll take a boat ride back and admire a wonderful sunset.
Hotel pickup
This tour includes pickup from hotels located in the center of Da Nang. If you're staying at Nguyen Tat Thanh Street or Hoang Sa Street, you'll have to pay an extra charge of 50000VND per person on the day of the activity.
Schedules
Depending on the chosen option, please note the following pickup times:
- Round-trip bus tour: We'll pick you up at your hotel between 7:15 am and 7:30 am.
- Tour with outbound bus & return by boat: We'll pick you up at your hotel between 7:15 am and 7:30 am.
- Sunset boat tour: We'll pick you up between 12:15 and 1:30 pm.
