With this fantastic tour in Beaune, you will visit different vineyards and wineries in the heart of one of the most prestigious wine regions in France.
Burgundy Wine Tour
At 9 am, we will meet up outside Dijon train station and head to the nearby Burgundy town of Beaune by bus.
Once we arrive at this picturesque town, we will visit the charming Hospices de Beaune. This building, also known as Hôtel-Dieu, is a former 15th-century hospice that stands out for its beautiful decoration. We will visit the different rooms inside the museum where we will learn about the history of this monumental jewel of Burgundy.
We will continue the walking tour of Beaune by visiting the Maison Beaunoise winery, where we will see bottles of various kinds of Burgundy wine. You will hear how and why this product is one of France's top exports, as its excellent quality is highly appreciated internationally.
After this, we will return to the minibus to go to a country house located on the outskirts of Beaune. Here, surrounded by idyllic vineyards, we will enjoy a traditional French lunch that includes a selection of typical Burgundy products. This is a treat for your tastebuds!
After lunch, we will visit a family winery where we will taste their own artisan products and wines. Afterward, we will take a tour of the vineyards of the Côte de Nuits area. In this picturesque region of Burgundy, the famous Grands Crus de Bourgogne wines are produced. You will find that they have very unique properties.
Finally, we will return to the Dijon train station, where we arrive at 6:30 pm.
