On this tour to the caves of the Phong Nha National Park, we'll visit its impressive grottos and discover the secrets that lie in the underground galleries.
When booking your tour, you'll be able to choose between 2 options, depending on which one you'd prefer to visit. In both cases, we'll collect you from your hotel to begin this 7-hour trip to the biggest caves in Vietnam.
Once we arrive at Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, we'll hop on a buggy that will take us to Thiên Đường Cave. There, we'll climb 500 steps until we reach the entrance to the grotto, surrounded by exotic vegetation.
On the inside, we'll admire the immense stalagmites and stalactites thanks to a strategically placed lighting system. We'll see different shapes: the Royal Palace, the Jade Statue, the Lotus Tower and many more. These are authentic, natural works of art!
Our next stop will be for lunch, where we'll try a regional dish before continuing on our way towards the Phon Nha Cave onboard a boat sailing for 30 minutes down the Son River.
We'll eventually reach the heart of the national park where Phong Nha Cave is located, which extends to almost 8000 metres (26,246 feet). In addition, we'll explore the Co Tieny Cunh Dinh Caves, where we'll see the Son River emerge from the inside. Did you know that this cave has a lake and reefs? You'll be amazed!
If you'd prefer, you can choose to visit the Phong Nha Cave and the Mooc Spring. Upon arriving at the national park, we'll begin the tour by sailing for 30 minutes on the Son River until we arrive at the grotto.
Once there, we'll take a tour of the underground galleries and then continue walking along the bamboo bridges crossing the Mooc Spring. Ready for an adventure? After crossing the crystal-clear stream and the dense jungle, we'll arrive at the heart of the Mooc Spring. There, we'll find ourselves surrounded by limestone rock mountains. Stunning!
We'll make our way into the middle of this paradise for lunch and to relax before we continue with this tour. Finally, we'll hop into some kayaks for a trip down the river and a refreshing dip.
