Situated in the privileged enclave at the foot of the Rif mountains, Chefchaouen is a city that has managed to retain its authenticity in the face of tourism. This is one of the jewels of Morocco.
Chefchaouen Private Trip
After collecting you from your accommodation early in the morning, we head north to the region of Rif and to our destination - the beautiful city of Chefchaouen.
Once you have arrived in Chefchaouen (also know as Chaouen), you will have 5 hours free time to explore the city in the way you want, at your own pace.
Some of the unmissable sights in the medina include Place Uta Hammam square (the heart of the city and the ideal place to get something to eat), the Grand Mosque (with an unusual orange octagonal tower), and the Kasbah (with a garden, a museum, and an art gallery).
The most famous landmark outside the medina is the Ras El Maa waterfall, where the pristine gushing waters interrupt the tranquility of the surrounding picturesque hillside landscapes. It is common to see the local residents washing their clothes in the river. A little further along the road here and you will be rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view across the region.
We will arrive back in Fez at around 7 pm where we will drop you off at your accommodation, or any other point of your choosing.
If you would like a local guide to accompany you in Chefchaouen, the price is only €15 for all the group. You can make the request to the chauffeur when you are en route to the city.
This is a private tour organized for you and your partner, friends or family.
