Hong Kong Island Tour Itinerary
After being picked up from your hotel, you'll begin your guided tour of the island of Hong Kong. This incredible city of contrasts is ever-changing, so whether you've been here before or you're a first-time visitor, you'll make memories that will stay with you forever.
On your route around the island, you'll visit Aberdeen, a historic fishing village with a picturesque harbour. The area is known for its floating village and seafood eateries; amongst the crowds of boats, you'll see the famous Jumbo Kingdom restaurant. You'll have the opportunity here to take a cruise around the bay in a traditional Chinese boat called a sampan.
Next, learn all about the history and tradition of jewellery making in China at a jewellery factory, before continuing your tour down the coast to Repulse Bay, one of the most beautiful (and most expensive!) residential areas on the island.
The next stop on your tour will be Stanley Market, one of the best shopping spots in Hong Kong. A traditional open-air street market, the stalls sell all manner of goods, from silk clothing to paintings and local handicrafts. You'll have free time here to haggle for some souvenirs and enjoy a refreshing drink on one of the beautiful waterfront terraces.
For the finishing touch on your tour of the island, you'll make one last stop at the spectacular Victoria Peak. Ride up to the summit on the Peak Tram, where, amongst luscious greenery, you'll enjoy the most stunning views over the skyline of Hong Kong and Kowloon.
At the end of your tour, you'll be dropped back off at your hotel.
