Hop aboard a speedboat with us and go on a fun whale watching activity in Húsavík Bay. We'll see these incredible marine mammals and the famous Icelandic puffins up close.
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Gentle Giants office in Húsavík. We'll hop on a speedboat here and set off into Húsavík Bay to see some of the ocean's most fascinating and impressive inhabitants. Let's go whale watching!
During our speedboat trip, we'll travel across the bay so we can spot the largest whales and admire how they jump out to the surface of the water. We'll also tell you lots of fun facts about these marine mammals, which inhabit northern Iceland.
Then, after 2 hours exploring the seas, we'll bring the tour to an end.
If you go on this activity from April 15 to August 15, we'll start the experience by going to Puffin Island to admire these birds during the season.
Outside of this season, we'll focus more on the whales. If the weather or sea conditions change, even on short notice, we might have to cancel the visit to Puffin Island.
