Day Trip Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the port of Ischia. We’ll welcome you aboard the boat and set off on a leisurely cruise that will take us to the island of Procida.
Located in the Tyrrhenian Sea, Procida is the smallest of the islands in this area. However, it’s home to nearly 11,000 residents! Its volcanic landscape, dotted with cliffs plunging into crystal-clear waters, pristine coves, and remnants of ancient craters, makes it a place full of charm that’s sure to leave a lasting impression.
The boat tour will take us on a close-up tour of the coastline of Vivara Island, which has been designated a Nature Reserve and is connected to Procida by a bridge. We’ll admire other iconic spots like Marina di Corricella and Terra Murata, where we’ll catch a glimpse of the island’s beautiful colorful houses. You won’t be able to stop taking photos!
Of course, we’ll make a stop of one to two hours in Procida so you can explore the island’s historic center on foot. You’ll be free to stroll through its streets, visit the Cathedral, or check out the Abbey of San Miguel or the Palazzo d’Avalos. Did you know that this building also once served as a prison?
We’ll return to the boat and conclude the tour by docking at the departure pier after a 3.5 to 4 hour cruise.
