Adventure and nature lovers, welcome! After picking you up at your hotel in Itacaré, we'll head to the charming town of Taboquinhas. After an approximately 45-minute journey, we'll reach the shores of the De Contas River.
The moment we arrive, you'll get ready with your rafting equipment as we provide you with the safety measures so that you're ready for what's coming. How exciting! We'll dive into the river on the inflatable rafts, where you'll be enjoying the strong stream from the get-go. For 1.5 hours, we'll sail along 1.86 miles (3 kilometers) of the river against class 3 and class 4 rapids. Time to paddle with all you've got!
We'll navigate the famous rapids of the De Contas River, including highlights like the Carrossel, Fumo, Funil, Corredor Pôlones, and finally, the Salto da Pancada—the most intense of them all! During the entire experience, we'll be surrounded by lush vegetation that characterizes this tropical region of Brazil. As you sail, at times, you'll be able to hear the sound of birds and admire the beautiful landscapes.
Finally, after this challenging white water rafting experience, we'll begin our journey back to Itacaré, where we'll say goodbye at your hotel 5 hours after pickup.
