Ephesus Trip
We will pick you up at your hotel in Izmir at 8:30 am and travel in a comfortable minibus to the fascinating ancient city of Ephesus on the Ionian coast.
After a journey of one and a half hours, we will reach the site of Ephesus, one of the best preserved Greco-Roman cities in the country. Once there, we will take a guided tour to see discover some of its monumental jewels, such as the Celso Library, one of the most luxurious bibliographic archives of the Roman Empire in the Eastern Mediterranean.
Another place we will discover during this tour of Ephesus will be the Temple of Hadrian, built to honor the memory of the famous Hispanic emperor. Nearby we will find the impressive Roman Theater which has a capacity for 24000 people.
After touring Ephesus, we will regain our energy with a delicious Turkish meal in a local restaurant. With our appetites satisfied and our camera full of memories, we will return to the minibus that will take us back to Izmir.
We will finish the excursion by arriving at your hotel at 4 pm.
