At the time indicated, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Kuching and head towards the city centre to start this tour.
We'll walk around the streets of the capital of the state of Sarawak and discover the peculiar attraction of this area of Borneo. You'll love its architectural style, as the fusion between colonial buildings and modern towers creates a unique urban landscape.
During the tour, we'll visit some of the most emblematic places in Kuching, such as the ancient Chinese temple of Tua Pek Kong, Masjid Sultan, popularly known as "the pink mosque" and the most important Muslim temple in the region; the famous cat sculpture or the Sarawak State Museum. Did you know that this museum is the oldest in Borneo? It opened its doors for the first time in 1891.
Then, we'll set out for the Margherita fort. Did you know that Juan Sebastian Elcano passed through here on one of his expeditions in 1521? During this visit, we'll discover more curious facts about this fortress. In addition, the fort has a viewpoint on the top floor, from where you'll have incredible views.
We'll end the tour back at your hotel after 6 hours.
