If you want to discover one of the hidden jewels of La Hermida, you can't miss its fantastic spa! You'll take a 1 hour and 20 minute tour of the mineral-medicinal waters of La Hermida and pamper yourself with up to 18 different techniques. You'll leave in a state of absolute relaxation!
Throughout this circuit, you'll have access to the following spa facilities, the humid therm, the bi-thermal walking bath, the dry heat sauna, the cold immersion baths, the spring steamer, the cold mist, the Jacuzzi, a set of five showers and a very complete dynamic pool. What more could you ask for?
Also, did you know that the waters of La Hermida have therapeutic properties? They are hyperthermal sodium chloride waters from 3 springs that run at temperatures of between 55 and 60 degrees. You won't believe the effects they have on your body.
