Driving a snowmobile and enjoying a sled ride pulled by reindeer and huskies are two must-do activities in Lapland. Experience this exciting adventure in Levi!
Activity Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at the selected meeting point and head to the forests of Levi. Are you ready to experience one of the most exciting adventures Lapland has to offer? It's going to be a blast!
First, we'll put on all our thermal gear to protect ourselves from the cold. After going over the basic safety guidelines, we'll hop on the snowmobiles and start riding through Levi's breathtaking snow-covered landscapes.
During the tour, the scenery and the thrill will sweep you away, creating memories you'll never forget. On the snowmobiles, we'll travel across vast frozen plains, where snow-covered trees will take center stage. Halfway through, we'll make a stop so you can capture the moment.
Once the snowmobile tour is over, we'll head to a reindeer farm, where we'll see these animals in their natural habitat. Here, another of the day's highlights awaits. We'll hop on a sleigh and enjoy a 1640 ft (500 m) ride accompanied by the reindeer! We'll also learn all about the care these endearing animals—famous for being Santa's helpers—receive.
To end the day on a high note, we'll return to the farm to meet the huskies. We'll hop back on a sled for a ride with these dogs. Along the 1640-ft (500-m) route, we'll take in the scenery as we learn all about the work these animals do as they glide energetically through the snow.
Finally, we'll give you some free time to continue getting to know the animals and to warm up with a hot drink.
After this experience in the snow, we'll return to the starting point and say goodbye 4 hours later. See you next time!
