Want to sail across 2 seas and swim in true paradise? On this boat trip to Isla Grosa, we'll leave the Mar Menor lagoon behind and head out into the Mediterranean for a refreshing swim next to a fully protected volcanic islet.
Tour Details
We'll meet at the dock of the port you selected when booking. There, we'll board the boat, and after a welcome from the crew, you can grab a spot on either of the 2 decks to kick off this amazing trip to Isla Grosa. Time to set sail!
We'll start with a relaxing cruise across the Mar Menor. As we take in the unique coastline of Europe's largest saltwater lagoon, we'll head out to open water through the channels connecting both seas. Thanks to the recorded commentary, you'll discover the ecological secrets and geological curiosities of this gem of the Region of Murcia.
Once in the Mediterranean, we'll sail toward Isla Grosa and El Farallón islet, a special protection area for birds and a natural setting of incredible value off the coast of La Manga. You'll be amazed by its rugged outline rising from the sea!
Surrounded by this untouched landscape, the boat will cut its engines and we'll stop for about 30 minutes so you can go for a swim. It's the perfect time to jump in, relax floating in the sun, or put on your snorkel mask and explore the seabed of this special spot.
After cooling off, we'll head back to the boat and start the return trip. Finally, after 3 hours, we'll dock back at our starting point, wrapping up the trip.
