Bike Tour Details
After meeting at Rte de Longwy at the designated time, we'll begin this fun electric bike tour of Luxembourg. We'll provide you with bicycles and helmets and, after explaining our route, it'll be time to start our adventure. Let's pedal!
We'll reach the old town to explore the charming Grund, the most picturesque part of the city center. Here, you'll admire the beautiful houses and historic buildings surrounded by the Pétrusse Valley. Your photos will look like paintings!
Continuing our bike tour, we'll arrive at the Gran Ducal Palace, which formerly housed the city's City Hall and where the Grand Duke of Luxembourg currently resides. We'll then pass by the Plateau du Saint-Espirit and the Chemin de la Corniche, on the higher part of Luxembourg. Did you know this is officially the most beautiful balcony in Europe? You won't stop taking pictures!
We'll continue pedaling until we reach the imposing Neumünster Abbey, an ancient monastery of Benedictine monks that is currently an important cultural center. Next, we'll reach the neighborhood of Pfaffenthal. Get your cameras ready, because we'll go up the oldest elevator in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg: the Pfaffenthal Panoramic Elevator. This elevator is 232 feet (71 meters) high!
Lastly, we'll pass by the Grand Duke Jean Museum of Modern Art (MUDAM). From here, we'll head to Kinnekswiss Park, a green oasis in the heart of the city.
Finally, after this 3-hour bike tour, we'll say our goodbyes at the starting point.
