At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in the capital of Bahrain. From there, we'll begin this tour, where we'll visit Manama, taking in all of the essential sights.
First, we'll go to the Great Mosque, where we'll take a tour of the inside of the most important temple in Bahrain. Did you know that this place is also the biggest cultural location in the country? It also has a capacity of 7000 people!
We'll then leave the Great Mosque behind and enter the Bahrain National Museum, where we travel 4,000 years back in time to learn all about the history, culture and customs of the country. The museum extends to more than 20,000m2 with rooms that contain tombs, manuscripts, and craft pieces.
Next, we'll pass by the Bay of Bahrain, where the most modern buildings in the city are found. After. After a short break to take photos, we'll return to our tour and make our way towards the oldest historical and archaeological site in the Persian Gulf Region, the Bahrain Fortress.
Do you like exotic things? On this tour, we'll also go to the Manama Souk, where we'll enjoy the aromas and tastes of the East. In this area, we'll make a stop to indulge in a traditional Bahrain-style lunch.
After we've eaten, we'll continue the tour by visiting a camel farm. You can interact with them, and even feed them! We'll also pass by the Bahrain International Circuit, the headquarters of Formula 1 in the Middle East.
We'll also travel to the Gulf's first oil well and stop to admire the famous Tree of Life, in the middle of the desert. Before we finish, we'll make a stop at the Ala'ali Royal Burial Mounds and visit an artisan workshop afterwards.
