First, we'll head to the Bahrain Military Museum, where we'll learn about the country's rich history, from Ahmed the Conqueror to the modernization of its armed forces.
The next stop will be at Riffa Fort, one of the oldest fortresses in the country. Also called Sheikh Salman bin Ahmed Fort, this fortress was built in the 19th century and has one of the most privileged views of the Hunanaiya Valley.
We'll continue our tour of Manama at a pottery workshop, where we'll learn how to make pots and plates in ancient kilns, a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation.
Then, we'll leave Manama behind to visit the city of A'ali, where we'll find remains of the tombs of the Dilmun civilization, followed by a visit to the Al Khamis Mosque, one of the oldest in the region.
