Tour Highlights
At the designated time, we'll meet at Calle 9 #42-27 and set off south into the province of Antioquia. Along the way, we'll take in the coffee plantations that dominate this part of Colombia, particularly in the areas of San Cristóbal and San Sebastián de Palmitas.
Once we reach the surroundings of the La Arrinconada coffee farm, we'll mount the horses that will take us to the main entrance. On this short ride, you'll feel a deep connection with nature as you pass through the lush landscapes surrounding the coffee plantation. We'll then embark on a fascinating journey through the history of coffee, from planting to cup.
We'll attend an informative talk about the benefits of coffee and discover why it's one of Colombia's most defining cultural symbols. And of course, after touring the plantations, you'll get to taste the coffee.
To refuel, we'll sit down for a traditional lunch of rice with fried plantain, egg, and meat.
After enjoying this Antioquia coffee tour, we'll make our way back to Medellín, arriving at the meeting point 5 to 6 hours after departure.
