Museo del Acero Horno 3 Tickets
Why Visit the Museo del Acero Horno 3?
When you visit the Museo del Acero Horno 3, you'll step into the heart of what was once one of the world's most important steel mills. The Museum of Steel isn't just a conventional museum, but a science and technology center where history comes to life through interactive experiences.
Your ticket grants you access to all areas of the complex, including the History Gallery, where you'll learn about the global impact of Mexican industry since 1900, and the Steel Gallery. Here, you can take a virtual descent ft (200 m) underground into a coal mine or simulate iron mining.
For nature and science lovers, the Planet Earth space offers a fascinating look at phenomena such as earthquakes, hurricanes, and climate change. Don't miss the Summit Walk, where you’ll ascend ft (40 m) in panoramic cabins to take in one of the best views of Monterrey and Cerro de la Silla. Time to take a photo!
The Spectacular Show del Horno 3
One of the main highlights of the visit is the Show del Horno (Furnace Show), which is included in your ticket. It's a one-of-a-kind international spectacle that recreates the steel-making process using special effects. You'll feel the heat of the real fire, the steam, and the sparks inside the old Casting House. Without a doubt, it's an experience that will transport you back in time to the foundry's golden age.
