Join us for a comfortable transfer from Monteverde to La Fortuna! We'll travel by road and by boat to get you there in a fun and easy way.
After picking you up at your hotel in Monteverde at the indicated time, we'll set off in a minibus toward La Fortuna. This town is famous for being the gateway to the Arenal Volcano National Park.
We'll head to Lake Arenal, the largest lake in Costa Rica, about 30 kilometers (18 miles) long! Upon arriving at the shore, we'll switch modes of transport and hop on a boat. While cruising across the water, we'll be able to enjoy this massive lake from a unique perspective. We'll even learn some cool fun facts about it. Did you know that it was expanded in the 70s to serve as a hydroelectric power generator?
During the boat ride, we'll enjoy incredible views of the volcanoes. Don't forget your camera!
We'll disembark on the north shore of Lake Arenal and get back on a minibus that will take us to our final destination. After three hours of driving, we'll arrive at your hotel in La Fortuna and you'll be free to explore this picturesque town.
