Hawke's Bay Vineyards & Wineries Tour
Tour Details
We'll meet at the designated time at the i-site Information Center to begin our vineyard and winery tour of Hawke's Bay, one of the most important places in the wine world. Are you ready for a true enological experience?
From here, we'll explore the most picturesque landscapes of this emblematic region by visiting 3 or 4 carefully selected vineyards. At their wineries, we'll discover up close the legacy of Hawke's Bay as the birthplace of the wine industry in New Zealand.
You'll taste an exquisite selection of wines, among which the robust red wines of the famous Gimblett Gravels and the elegant white wines that reflect the unique character of this land stand out.
During the tour, you'll learn about the wine practices that make the region's wines so special. You'll discover how the sea climate, soil, and the innovative cultivation techniques come together to bring authentic gems to life.
To complete the experience, you'll enjoy a delicious cheese board or a similar snack, which will be perfectly paired with the local wines.
Finally, we'll return to the meeting point after 4 to 5 hours of exploring the most famous vineyards of Hawke's Bay.
