Phu Quoc South Island Tour

Tour Details

We'll pick you up at the indicated time from your accommodation in Phu Quoc and head to the south of the Vietnamese island. We'll make our first stop at a pearl farm, where we'll see how these precious objects are extracted from their oysters. Did you know that Phu Quoc pearls are among the most valuable in the world?

We'll then make our way to the Sim Winery, where the local winegrowers will show us how they make the different wines typical of the region. Naturally, we'll then get to enjoy a tasting of the wines too, before visiting a pepper farm, one of the most cultivated products in Phu Quoc.

Afterwards, we'll visit a fish sauce factory and arrive at Ham Ninh, a small fishing village where we'll discover the traditional way of life in the south of Phu Quoc and admire the Ho Quoc Pagoda, the local Buddhist temple.

We'll continue our journey to the idyllic Bai Sao beach. There, you'll enjoy a lunch consisting of soup, fish, pork, rice, fruit and iced tea. Without a doubt, the best setting to rest and refuel.

Meeting back up after eating, we'll pay a visit to the Coconut Tree Prison to learn about Phu Quoc's dark past at the museum which tells of the atrocities committed here. Then, we'll visit for 1 hour the town of Sunset Town, where you'll see its Clock Tower and Kiss Bridge, the most iconic monuments.

On the way back, we can visit the Grand World Entertainment Theme Center. Please note that if you wish to go, you'll need to inform the guide. Admission is not included, nor is transport back from this location to your hotel, but there is a regular bus service.

If you do not wish to visit this location, we'll accompany you to your hotel to end this 7.5-hour tour.

Hotel Pickup

This activity includes pick up and drop off at hotels in Phu Quoc. If you're staying in On Lang, Cua Can, Bai Dai, the Intercontinental area or the Marriott area, you'll have to pay a supplementary charge in cash on the day.

Itinerary Changes

During the rainy season, from May 1 to November 30, the tour will not include a stop at Tranh Stream. If you do the activity between these dates, the visit to the fish sauce factory will be last before returning to the hotel.
