Admire the villages and scenic charms of northern Tenerife on our jeep safari. We'll visit Masca, stop at incredible viewpoints, see Garachico's colonial residences and visit the ancient dragon tree of Icod de los Vinos.

Icod de los Vinos, Garachico & Masca Jeep Safari

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Puerto de la Cruz and start exploring northern Tenerife by jeep.

To begin, we'll drive through Los Realejos to the La Corona Viewpoint. From here, we'll gaze out at breathtaking views of the Orotava Valley. We'll look out over the Atlantic Ocean and see how the vineyards stretch across as far as the eye can see in this part of the island.

Our jeep safari will then take us through the mountains of La Guancha towards Garachico, which was the commercial capital of the island in the 16th century. We'll explore its historic centre, which has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, and learn why this town has inspired so many poets.

Next, we'll visit Los Silos, Buenavista and Las Portelas before coming to one of the highlights of the tour. Let's visit Masca! This small hamlet is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places in Tenerife. Located in the Teno Rural Park, this hamlet stands out for its welcoming feel and the beauty of its surroundings.

Before continuing with our trip, we'll make a stop in the municipality of El Tanque and give you an hour of free time for lunch.

Once you've had something to eat, we'll hop back into the jeeps and head to the village of Icod de los Vinos. This spot is famous for its thousand-year-old dragon tree. We'll make a stop at San Marcos Square to admire this tree, which is oldest living specimen of its kind!

We'll then return to the starting point and say our goodbyes 7 hours later.

Pickup

This jeep safari includes pickup from hotels in Puerto de la Cruz. If you're staying somewhere else, you'll need to head to the meeting point located at number 12, Calle Aceviños.
