Southern La Palma Full-Day Tour

Between 8:15 and 9:40 am, we'll pick you up and then set off towards the south of La Palma to the town of Fuencaliente, famous for the vineyards that grow on the slopes of its volcanoes. We'll visit the San Antonio volcano and the famous Teneguía volcano, which erupted in 1971.

On the way, we'll pass through the village of Mazo to see its small multicolored houses and make a stop at a viewpoint located among the solidified streams of lava. Here, we'll be able to admire the volcanic remains and the reddish color of the mountain contrasting with the San Antonio volcano.

Next, we'll stop at the Fuencaliente Lighthouse. We'll see how the lava streams flow into the sea and the salt mine, which was declared a Site of Scientific Interest.

After this visit, we'll pass over some of the Teneguía lava streams, where we'll be able to see the banana trees that now grow here. Then, we'll leave Fuencaliente and head over to the neighborhood of Las Indias, where we'll enjoy the views of the San Antonio volcano and the Teneguía.

Then, we'll head towards Mazo again, where we'll make a stop at one of its viewpoints. And finally, after 5 hours of excursion, we'll end the tour by dropping you back off at the meeting point.
