Istria Food Tour
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Pula at 9 am and travel north towards Hum, our first stop on this gastronomic tour of the Istrian peninsula. Are you ready to discover the flavours of Croatia? Let's go!
As soon as we arrive at Hum, we'll start a walking tour of the town. Did you know that it's the smallest town in the world? We'll visit the beautiful houses of Hum, as well as its most delicious gastronomic products, such as biska. We'll taste this brandy made with spices and we'll return to the minibus to travel to our next destination.
The next stop of the gastronomic tour in Istria will be Motovun, a medieval town known for its white truffles. Besides exploring such amazing monuments as St. Stephen's Church and its bell tower, we'll go to a local restaurant to prepare a dish with typical local products.
We'll try the recipe we have learned to cook and continue with the excursion in Labin, the city of artists. Why is it called that? This small Croatian town has many artists who are inspired by their surroundings every day to create new works.
We'll end this tour by returning to your hotel in Pula at approximately 4 pm.
