Dubai Excursion
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ras al Khaimah and head to Dubai. The drive will take about one hour and 15 minutes.
The first stop will be at the Jumeirah Mosque, one of the most important religious spots in Dubai. With a capacity for 1200 worshippers, this building stands out for its white stone facade in the medieval tradition. You'll be able to take pictures outside the temple before continuing the tour.
Afterwards, we'll cross the Bastakia district, the oldest part of the city. Here, we'll see the Al Fahidi Fort, with more than 150 years of history, and the so-called Wind Towers. Did you know that these constructions were once used as cooling systems? We'll explain how exactly it is that they worked on this tour.
Next, we'll reconvene and board a traditional boat known as an abra. We'll cruise along Dubai Creek admiring its towering skyscrapers and the incessant comings and goings of tourists and locals on the waterfront.
Following the boat ride along Dubai Creek, we'll head to the spice souk and the gold souk, two fascinating places. We'll stroll among stalls filled with incense, a variety of fragrances, and jewelry - you'll love it!
Finally, you'll have some free time for lunch in Dubai. Once you have regained your strength, you'll return to your hotel in Ras al Khaimah after 9 hours of sightseeing.
