At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Salvador de Bahía and begin an unforgettable experience for nature lovers. Do you want to see humpback whales in their natural habitat? Welcome to this whale-watching activity!
Between July and October, Salvador de Bahía becomes one of the best places in Brazil to see humpback whales. There is an over 80% chance of spotting them!
To learn all about humpback whales and their life in Salvador de Bahía, we'll attend a brief talk before boarding, where experts on these animals will share fascinating details and facts. Once we're ready, we'll board a boat to sail across the Bay of All Saints (Baía de Todos os Santos), one of the best spots in Salvador for whale watching.
During the first part of the boat trip, we'll enjoy incredible scenic views of Salvador de Bahía and its major landmarks, such as the Lacerda Elevator, the historic mansions of Ladeira da Montanha, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Santa María and São Diogo forts.
