At the appointed time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Santa Marta and take you to Bonda, the starting point for this exciting experience, located about 10 km (6 mi) from the city. Let's go!
Once there, we'll provide you with the necessary protective gear and give you a brief safety intro before the tour. Then, we'll assign you a buggy, and we'll be ready to start the route. Our first stop will be at the church of Bonda, where we'll tell you a little about the history and traditional architecture of this picturesque village.
Next, we'll enter the Paso del Mango, crossing dirt roads that will allow you to admire the impressive rural landscapes, with views of the mountains and the lush tropical vegetation of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Here we'll make a short stop to take photos, perfect for capturing the moment!
The next stop will be at the Pozo del Amor, a place where you can relax and enjoy its crystal-clear waters for half an hour. Here, you can choose to take a refreshing dip or simply revel in the beauty of the surroundings while listening to the legend surrounding this well.
Afterward, we'll take you to the Hotel Club Sierra Limón, where we'll refuel with a typical Colombian Caribbean lunch. Then, you'll have about 1.5 hours of free time before returning so that you can enjoy the hotel's common areas, like the swimming pool, hammocks, and spacious green areas.
Finally, we'll return to the starting point in Bonda, where we'll leave the buggies and take you back to your accommodation, arriving 6 hours later.
