Once we've picked you up from your accommodation in Santa Marta bright and early, we'll set off on the 1-hour 30-minute drive to Palomino.
We'll drive through the town of Palomino, after which it'll only take us another 5 minutes to get to our destination. When we get to the beach, we'll be welcomed by the beautiful sight of crystal-clear water, exotic palm trees and sunshine.
First of all, you'll be handed a cocktail to welcome you to the beach. Afterwards, you'll have the morning free to spend as you please. If you're feeling adventurous, you could rent a surfboard (optional) and take to the waves.
Another option would be playing beach volleyball on the sand - get practising your serve! You can also stroll along the shore, admire the scenery from the loungers and go swimming in the sea.
While we're on the beach, we'll have a traditional lunch that'll include fish, rice, tostones and salad. After lunch, we'll start making our way back to Santa Marta. We'll make one last stop at the mouth of the Palomino River to take a dip in its calm waters.
Once we're back in Santa Marta, we'll accompany you to your hotel and say our goodbyes.
