Santorini Caldera Boat Cruise
Description
Having been picked up from your nearest meeting point between 8:20 and 9:15 am, you'll be taken straight to Athinios port, located on the west coast of Santorini island.
Once you've made yourself comfortable on board the boat, you'll set sail across Santorini Caldera. This part of the Aegean Sea, formed by a volcanic eruption many thousands of years ago, is full of incredible surprises. After a 20-minute cruise, you'll reach the first of many: the uninhabited island of Nea Kameni.
Disembarking on Nea Kameni, you'll set off on a short hiking route of around 30 minutes up to the volcano crater. From the heights of this vantage point, you'll enjoy incomparable panoramic views over the Aegean Sea and surrounding islands, one of which will be the next stop on your boat trip. Sail over to the neighbouring island of Palea Kameni, where you'll have the opportunity to bathe in the crystal-clear waters of the Hot Springs: a truly relaxing experience!
Having enjoyed your time in Palea Kameni, you'll be taken to Thirassia Island, the largest in the Santorini Caldera. Here, you'll have 2hours of free time to explore the isle at your own pace: swim in the sparkling sea, indulge in a delicious lunch at a traditional Greek restaurant, or stroll through the picturesque village.
Then in the evening, we'll meet back at the Thirasia port. From here we'll take you back to the starting point between 6 and 7 pm.
