Immerse yourself in the best of Vietnam on this 3-day tour of Sapa. We'll travel through breathtaking landscapes dotted with villages and rice fields, and we'll learn about the local ethnic minorities and their ancient traditions.
When booking, you can choose between two options. Both include pick up and drop off at your hotel, or at the airport or bus station in Sapa. We'll travel by minibus with an English-speaking guide, and stay in a bungalow and a hotel.
Below, you can see the differences between each option:
We'll depart from Sapa and head to the small town of Y Linh Ho, where we'll start a hiking route and get a first glimpse of the spectacular rice fields in Vietnam. Before we start walking, we'll enjoy a delicious breakfast. Afterwards, we'll walk to Lao Chải village, a perfect place to meet the locals living in this region and get great views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain.
During the final stretch of the hike, we'll reach Tả Van. Here, we'll have lunch with a Giay family and you'll have the rest of the afternoon free to explore on your own.
We'll have breakfast together with Tả Van's family and continue exploring the beautiful Sapa region, passing through incredible villages such as Giang Ta Chai, home to the Red Zao, the second largest ethnic minority group in the area.
We'll return to Tả Van for a delicious traditional-style meal. Once our energy has been replenished, we'll hop on a minibus and travel to Sapa, where you'll have the rest of the afternoon free to rest. We'll sleep and have dinner there.
After breakfast on this third day, we'll hike to Cat Cat village. We'll meet the H'Mong ethnic group and see their methods of growing rice on terraces and raising cows, buffaloes, and goats. We'll have lunch at a local restaurant and at 12:30 pm we'll return to Sapa, where we'll end our 3-day tour. See you next time!
We'll leave Sapa and start a short hike to Cat Cat village. In addition to meeting the H'Mong people, we'll visit the surroundings of the village and see some really impressive waterfalls. After two and a half hours of hiking, we'll return to Sapa to eat dinner and rest.
On the second day, we'll do the same route as day 1 of the 6:30 am tour.
On the last day, we'll do the same route as day 2 of the 6:30 am tour. We'll end the 3-day tour of Sapa back at your hotel at 3 pm.
This tour includes one night of accommodation in a Tả Van bungalow and one night of accommodation in a hotel in Sapa. Please note that the price indicated is per person staying in a double or triple room.
