  • How can I place my products in Civitatis?

    If you’re a local supplier of any activity, day trip, guided tour or transfer and wish to upload your products on Civitatis' webpage, you must fill out an application form (found on the right side) and we will evaluate your application as soon as possible.

  • What is your criteria to choose suppliers?

    We select our partners and suppliers based on strict internal guidelines that check the popularity, quality and price of each activity and day trip.

    We never publish the same product or activity in a destination with two different suppliers because we have an obligation to our users to provide and guarantee the best service for each activity.

    Thus, the review of each activity by our customers is the only way we have of measuring the quality of the activities. If a product gets an average rating of less than 9/10, we look for another supplier.

  • How do I access my supplier account?

    You can access your supplier account on the right side of the page by introducing your login name and password. Your application form must have been approved previously by partners@civitatis.com

  • How can I reset my password?

    If you’ve forgotten your password or user name, please write to partners@civitatis.com and we will answer you as soon as possible.
