At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and set off on a guided tour to find out about the fascinating history of this city. We'll visit the famous Martin Luther steam locomotive and discover the world's largest quartz crystal cluster in the Kristalle Gallery, one of the city's must-sees that holds some of the most spectacular crystal formations in the world.
Then we'll head to the German Marine Memorial where we'll learn a little more about the history of Swakopmund. Lastly we'll head towards the coast and walk up to the lighthouse- a great photo opportunity.
The tour will end at the harbour where we'll get the chance to go for a walk while our guide tells us all about the history of Jetty 1905, a jetty that has now been converted into a luxurious restaurant that still holds on to its historical charm.
