Takayama Sake Brewery Tour

At the scheduled time, we'll meet in the Sanmachi Suji neighbourhood, in Takayama, and walk to the premises where we'll discover all the secrets behind rice liquor.

Did you know that 300 years ago there were more than 50 distilleries in this Japanese city? A record! It's clear that we're in the right place to learn about the tradition of sake and its different varieties.

We'll go to an old winery and tour its rooms to discover how sake is produced. According to some theories, this Japanese speciality has been made since the 3rd century. Not only that but, during the visit we'll enjoy a tasting. Cheers!

After half an hour of experience, we'll finish the activity outside the premises.
