At the scheduled time, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Tangier and set off for Chefchaouen. Ready to discover the Blue Pearl of Morocco? Let’s go!
After a two-hour minibus ride, we’ll arrive at this city perched high in the Rif Mountains. The setting is simply stunning! Once there, we’ll begin a guided tour of the Medina. The main square is the heart of Chefchaouen, where we’ll admire the Grand Mosque and the Kasbah, built in the 18th century.
Of course, we’ll also wander through the souk, filled with traditional Moroccan crafts and colorful spices—you’ll probably find it hard to resist taking home a souvenir or two! As we stroll through the white-and-blue streets, we’ll also share some of the city’s legends. Did you know that its founding is said to have been an act of love?
We’ll then give you about an hour of free time to explore and have lunch on your own before heading back to your hotel in Tangier, arriving after a total of around eight hours.
Day Trip Without a Guide
When booking, you can choose the day trip to Chefchaouen without a guide. In this case, the tour is self-guided and only includes pickup and drop-off at your hotel in Tangier. Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, you'll have 4 hours of free time to explore the Blue City at your own pace.

This tour includes pickup at accommodations located within a 5-kilometer radius of central Tangier. If you're staying outside of this area, after booking, we'll contact you to establish an alternative pickup point.
