The Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra is one of the most famous in the world. Join them as they interpret the best-known works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Strauss.
Although the program changes daily, some examples of the works interpreted are "The Mariage of Figaro," "The Magic Flute," "Don Giovanni," "Die Fledermaus," "The Blue Danube," or the "Radetzky March."
The concert lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes, with an intermission of 15 minutes.
The setting
To top off the experience, you'll then enjoy interpretations of Mozart's and Strauss's music by the Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra. The concert takes place in the Orangery, where Mozart and Salieri once competed to demonstrate to the court who was the best composer.
Having said this, the show occasionally takes place in the Grand Gallery, which in the imperial age was the perfect setting for dances and ceremonies of all types. The White and Gold hall is another of the corners of the palace where these concerts take place, even more intimate and special.

There are 4 kinds of tickets: VIP, A, B and C. The tickets furthest away from the stage are the cheapest. The VIP tickets include access to the VIP room with a separate cloakroom, a courtesy glass of fizzy wine and a personalized programme. We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially if you want to sit in one of the better seats.
