Muy pobre el tour visitamos un fuerte que no se puede entrar porque está en Refaccion. Nos llevaron a la mezquita a verla desde afuera porque tampoco se puede entrar y después a un lugar de aceite de argan que perdimos una hora nadie nos atendió y el único objetivo era vendernos productos de argan. El Mercado bien pero toda la parte de la costa que era muy linda no nos llevaron a conocerla y pedimos pasar y pasamos rápido porque el chofer tenía que volver. No vale lo que sale el tour.

The tour was very poor. We visited a fort that cannot be entered because it is in Refaccion. They took us to the mosque to see it from the outside because you can't enter it either and then to an argan oil place where we lost an hour, no one attended us and the only objective was to sell us argan products. The market was fine, but the whole part of the coast that was very beautiful did not take us to see it and we asked to pass and we passed quickly because the driver had to return. It is not worth what the tour costs.

La actividad fue bien pero es cierto que apenas nos explicaron nada de la ciudad. Ni su historia, ni su modo de vida, ni sus tradiciones. Simplemente te llevan en coche a cuatro puntos estratégicos (fortaleza, tienda de argan, mezquita cerrada y mercadillo) y fin del "tour". Esperaba saber un poco más sobre Agadir, a pesar del terremoto. Su cultura, su economía, su pasado francés...

Una decepción total,no se presenta el guia despues de esperar una hora.Envío diferentes mensajes a la plataforma y me contestan una hora después de escribir y lo peor aun no me aportan otra alternativa y encima me piden conversaciones de cómo intentar contactar con el guia cuando que tendría que ser la plataforma la que debería de subsanar el error por algo que ellos han causado.NO VOY A VOLVER A UTILIZAR ESTE SERVICIO Y NUNCA LO RECOMENDARÍA A MI ENTORNO VIAJERO.

A total disappointment, the guide did not show up after waiting an hour. I sent different messages to the platform and they answered me an hour after writing and the worst thing is that they still do not give me another alternative and on top of that they ask me for conversations about how to try to contact the guide when it should be the platform that should correct the error due to something they have caused. Nulle. Je suis client habituel de Civitatis depuis des années, dans plusieurs pays d'Europe. C'est la première fois que je suis aussi déçu. Les guides n'étaient pas des guides mais de simple chauffeurs. Ils sont arrivés en retard, 1 la Marina simple passage en voiture sans halte, 2 arrêt ancienne ville de Agadir site fermé, pas d'explication, 3 arrêt devant une mosquée, 4 arrêt chez un commerçant d'huile argan, 5 une heure libre dans la médina. Fin. 36€, autres passagers 18€???

Nous avons déjà transmis votre commentaire au prestataire pour qu'il en tienne compte. D'autre part, le prix est le même que celui proposé par le prestataire local avec les services inclus dans ce circuit. Il est possible qu'une fois à destination, d'autres offres soient trouvées, mais celles-ci n'incluent jamais les mêmes services que ceux proposés sur notre site web.

Muy mal! Yo contraté una excursión con guía en español! Para empezar me mandan un taxi con un conductor que apenas habla español!! Y lo mejor viene ahora resulta que supuestamente el guía es el mismo taxista! Nos deja en los sitios que hay de interés a nuestro aire para hacernos fotos, el taxista mientras nos echamos las fotos nos espera en el taxi, me parece fatal pagar 73 euros para que te manden un taxista. Para eso cojo un taxista 3 horas por 20 euros, no merece la pena esta Excursion,

It was not at all as expected. It was more like a privat taxi around the city, actually bcose i was the only one. The guide guy was friendly but didnt give to much information about the spots we visited nor the city, just some highlines but that was all. The citadel cant be visited, Mondays the market is close......and it took only 2 hours instead of 3....so, either there is not too much to see in the City nor the tour doesnt worth.

The souk in Agadir is closed on Mondays, as indicated on the website. Nevertheless, every effort is made to make the tour as complete as possible.
