Ordesa National Park and Monte Perdido Snowshoe Hike

We will meet at 9:30 am in Pireniaca Avenue, in the heart of Ainsa. From here, we head in a minibus into the spectacular Ordesa National Park and to the magnificent Monte Perdido (Lost Mountain), located in the Aragon Pyrenees.

As soon as we reach our destination, you will immediately find yourself surrounded by beautiful snowy peaks and white-stained fir trees. We'll lean on our poles, put on our snowshoes, and prepare to begin a fantastic three-hour hike through the snow.

The special shoes allow you to tread safely on the snow and enjoy the icy landscapes of Ordesa and Monte Perdido in total comfort. During the hike, we will make several stops to admire the surroundings, discover the flora and fauna of the park, and capture this unique experience on camera.

After learning about the geology and history of the area we finish the snowshoe trek and put our normal footwear back on. Then we will return to the minibus and head back to Ainsa, arriving at 2:30 pm.
