Ready to travel back in time? At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and we'll travel on an off-road vehicle to Hatta, one of the most special mountain villages in the UAE.
We'll make our way to the conservation zone in the mountains, passing a rocky terrain that will leave you breathless. Throughout the journey, we'll see some of the most unique landscapes in the region, admiring the characteristic dunes and rock formations, such as Fossil Rock and Camel Rock. Photo time!
Stopping in this beautiful desert spot, we'll enjoy a typical picnic for breakfast. Having re-energised, we'll continue on our way through the mountains until we reach Hatta. Let's get to know this historical village, built between two mountains that guard its northern and southern borders.
Somewhere that will immediately catch your attention will be Hatta Fort, one of the most important architectural monuments in the United Arab Emirates. We'll tell you about the history of this watchtower that protected the settlement in the 19th century.
Next, we'll head over to a very unique spot: the Hatta Honey Bee Garden, a bee farm. We'll learn how bees are looked after and the work that goes into extracting honey, one of the most prized products in the area.
After this sweet stop, we'll step foot in the historical village of Hatta. We'll wander around the reconstructed version of this settlement to better understand what life was like centuries ago. We'll see hits and different stands that recreate traditional 16th-century shops. We'll also see how the inhabitants continue crafting homemade products using ancestral techniques.
Finally, we'll travel through the mountains once again to visit Hatta Dam, the perfect spot to end this tour due to its impressive views. You'll love its turquoise waters!
After a total of 6 hours, we'll drop you off at your hotel and say our goodbyes.
