How It Works
The I amsterdam City Card is a digital card that works on smartphones through an application. To use the card, you'll need to download the I amsterdam City Card app and add the card. Remember to activate the card only when you're in Amsterdam and ready to use it. Make sure to charge your smartphone so that you have access to it throughout the day. Through the app, you'll be able to transfer cards to your family or friends and navigate the city through a map that highlights the best locations. Once a card has been transferred, it cannot be transferred again.
Where Can I Collect My City Card?
You can access your City Card by installing the official City Card app and registering a unique CC code specified in your reservation.
If you have any questions, you can visit the I amsterdam store, which is located on the north side of the central train station, Amsterdam Centraal (De Ruijterkade 28 B t/m D).
The opening hours of the store are: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 7 pm; Saturday & Sunday, 9 am - 6 pm.
